World Property Ventures of Miami, Florida recently entered into a definitive agreement to acquire full ownership of Global Listings and The World Property Journal by 2024.
Global Listings has grown into one of the world’s leading and fastest growing consumer-facing real estate listings search platforms with more than 3.5 million property postings each month from 110 different countries.
As part of the acquisition, The World Property Journal will become a wholly owned subsidiary of World Property Ventures (also known as WPV).
World Property Ventures advertises itself as a global real estate developer within the digital sphere.
