WORLD PROPERTY VENTURES, a Miami-based global real estate technology firm recently established ( WPV), has announced several new projects in progress. WPV is aiming to create substantial shareholder value in the same way that traditional real estate developers do by building physical assets like office buildings, warehouses and retail spaces as well as apartments, homes and condos.

WPV’s digital initiatives include Digital Infrastructure projects such as AI-powered realty marketplaces, search engine, MLSs and exchanges. Information Platforms are also included, like platforms for real estate data, signals intelligence, ontology and real estate news.

Michael Gerrity is the founder and CEO of WPV.
